Lake House

Lennar

Tradition is strong in lake houses and the memories made at this lake house are no different. Rustic charm is everywhere, reminiscent of the shoreline cottages at lakes across America: Beadboard walls capped with fishing memorabilia, vaulted ceilings, and the wraparound deck that serves as a gathering spot to hear those great fishing stories about the “big one” that got away.

Grandpa Tom had often serenaded Jake with stories from Dad and Uncle Paul’s childhood. Stories of the lake house, large-mouth bass, and early mornings on the water before the sun came up. As he sat in his own miniature lake house, Jake dreamed of his summer trips with Dad, Grandpa, and Uncle Paul. His “Lake House,” a gift from Grandpa, was the young gentleman’s introduction into a third-generation tradition of fishing trips. He knew his eighth summer would be one he would never forget, but who says fishing is just for boys? A lake house is enjoyed by all—especially those attending the Saturday night “fish fry.” With plenty of seating for your guests to play board games or watch your favorite movie, the lake house provides a special feeling of family and friendships that will last a lifetime.
